Volunteers Wanted

If you’re passionate about the arts and keen to make an impact on Kimberley’s arts scene, volunteering at Centre 64 is for you! We’re always looking for more active, enthusiastic artists and arts lovers to help out with events, keep our building and courtyard garden in top shape, and to serve on our programming committees and board of directors.

Volunteers with the Visual, Performing, and Literary Arts Committees plan exhibits, performances, and events at Centre 64, choosing local and visiting artists and performers to be featured throughout the year. Right now, we’re especially looking for music, theatre, dance, and other performing arts lovers to help out on our Performing Arts Committee and plan a great season for 2012-2013.

Volunteers with the Communications & Membership Committee, Facilities Committee, and Building Expansion and Renovation Committee help to guide KAC’s community outreach efforts, identify opportunities and challenges with the building at Centre 64, and grow the KAC’s activities and profile for the long term.

We can also always use extra help around the Centre 64 office, and we’re looking for gardeners to help keep our courtyard garden beautiful!

For more information on volunteer opportunities, contact Christine Besold at 250.429.4919 or kimberleyarts@telus.net.
